BODYPUMP is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories**. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 570 calories** along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
GRITSTRENGTH is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
GRITCARDIO is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. LES MILLS GRITCARDIO takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
GRITATHLETIC is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout often uses a step, bodyweight exercises and multi-dimensional sports conditioning training to increase your overall athletic performance: strength, agility, speed and power.
BODYBALANCE is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.
SH’BAM is a fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

Bike + Boot Camp
In this 60 minute class we will alternate between time on the bike and then off the bike for a 15-20 minute strength/cardio AMRAP, EMOM or interval segment. We will then finish up on the bike for a complete workout!
Bike + Boot Camp Arms/Abs Boot Camp
Similar format to Bike + Boot Camp but the strength format will be upper body and core focused exercises.
Interval + Arms Cycle
Shorter bursts of all out effort on the bike with short light weight sections in between on the bike. A full body workout!
A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique based with a focus on cadence, heart rate zones, sprints and climbs, Varying time offerings of 30 and 45 min classes.

Les Mills BODYPUMP is the original barbell workout for everyone. Will use moderate to heavy weights with lots of repetition to give you a full body workout that burns calories, strengthens and tones.
Interval training camp is a full body circuit style workout. It will always keep you guessing! We will move from circuit to circuit with varying exercises weekly! Super fun, engaging and challenging!
Full body workout that will change weekly! Metabolic training is an incredible way to workout, as it simultaneously builds strength and burns fat. It will enhance your cardiovascular fitness through interval training.
Boot Camp Express
A shorter version of a format favorite! Fun and always challenging workout that will change weekly and will be programmed to be 40 min or shorter! Look out for the WOD (workout of the day)!
Full Body BURN (NEW!)
Total body weight training to hit every muscle group in one workout. Will infuse cardio elements to keep your heart rate up!
TRX Max (NEW!)
Interval based workout using the TRX suspension training system. Sure to challenge your muscle differently!
In Eclipse’s two group exercise rooms, members can take live classes and recorded classes from our Eclipse Instructors or recorded classes from over a 100 Les Mills classes covering strength, martial arts, dance, mind-body, cycling, cardio, HIIT and more.
