BODYPUMP is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories**. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.


Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 570 calories** along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.


GRITSTRENGTH is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.


GRITCARDIO is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. LES MILLS GRITCARDIO takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.


GRITATHLETIC is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout often uses a step, bodyweight exercises and multi-dimensional sports conditioning training to increase your overall athletic performance: strength, agility, speed and power.


BODYBALANCE is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.


SH’BAM is a fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

Bike + Boot Camp

In this 60 minute class we will alternate between time on the bike and then off the bike for a 15-20 minute strength/cardio AMRAP, EMOM or interval segment.  We will then finish up on the bike for a complete workout!

Interval & Arms Cycle

Shorter bursts of all out effort on the bike with short light weight sections in between on the bike. A full body workout!


A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles.  Classes are technique based with a focus on cadence, heart rate zones, sprints and climbs,  Varying time offerings of 30 and 45 min classes.

H.I.I.T Strength

A total body workout, interval and circuit style, that's quick, efficient and effective!

Power Circuit

Interval based class focused on strength and core! Full body workout for all levels.

Les Mills

Les Mills BODYPUMP is the original barbell workout for everyone. Will use moderate to heavy weights with lots of repetition to give you a full body workout that burns calories, strengthens and tones.


Interval training camp is a full body circuit style workout. It will always keep you guessing!  We will move from circuit to circuit with varying exercises weekly! Super fun, engaging, and challenging!

Bootcamp Express

A shorter version of a format favorite! Fun and always challenging workout that will change weekly and will be programmed to be 40 min or shorter! Look out for the WOD (workout of the day)!

4 x 4

This is a full body workout designed to maximize your time and effort. You will do 60 sec blocks of cardio, lower body, upper body and core. 7-8 total blocks of work done in 45 min!

Cycle Theme Ride :30

Every week be motivated by a quick pick me up on the bike to a different style of music! 80's, Rock, Country, HIIT to name a few.


Low impact class designed for the older and or new to fitness client. The class will include cardio, core, strength and stretching. A full body workout with Maddie.

Core and More +

In this core class, we will focus on the core and another body part each week. This class will vary and add in a longer stretch to finish.

Work It Out Wed Cycle :30

Get over the mid week hump with this rhythm based cycle class with Karin.

Cycle & Circuit

30 minutes on the bike followed by 15 minutes off the bike with or without weights.

Bike & Core Bootcamp :35

On the bike and off the bike for core exercises! 35 minute class with Karin.

C-Fit45 Fusion

Varying intervals focused on increasing your strength and muscle endurance. Factor in a cardio based interval ladder style pyramid! A full body workout for all.

Metabolic Express

Interval class that will change up weekly with variations of strength and cardio exercises. Will utilize various equipment. Full body workout completed in 35 minutes!

Cycle & Core

30 minute cycle class followed by 15 minutes of core.


Incorporating the use of kettle-bell for strength and the use of barre for small intricate movements to strengthen the legs and glutes. Various core elements will be introduced to make this a full body workout.

Full Body Stretch

Low impact and much needed stretching class. Charles will perform various stretching techniques with the use of a foam roller.

In a Minute

A minute isn’t long until you’re exercising! Strength and core will make this a full body workout.

Studio Classes

In Eclipse’s two group exercise rooms, members can take live classes and recorded classes from our Eclipse Instructors or recorded classes from over a 100 Les Mills classes covering strength, martial arts, dance, mind-body, cycling, cardio, HIIT and more.
